Description
The current test on GetCapabilities (WCS n.01) drop the coverage summaries before comparing to the oracle, so make it coverage independent.
An other test should check specifically the content of the coverage summaries.

The coverage summaries are optional, so checking them cannot be done reliably (should we assume they are enabled or disabled?). Closing hence.
