Description
Many of the jars we distribute with petascope require their license to be distributed with them..
I've included several licenses, it should be double-checked if we need to include others.

I'm not sure myself, so let's be on the safe side.
Alternatively/additionally: we may ask Bruce Bannerman, our OSGeo mentor.

have updated the only one remaining, based on Piero's info:

We have to check, this one may not be actually necessary in secore.
Bidesh, please try removing the xqj jar from secore, and see whether it still compiles and passes the test_secore tests.

I think it's all done, can be closed. I removed xqj from the list.
This is helpful, not sure if it's still necessary to include the licenses alongside the libs: http://www.rasdaman.org/wiki/CodeProvenance
