Description
From Vlad's idea to make WCST_Import can work to collect metadata from axes, bands automatically as same as global metadata http://rasdaman.org/ticket/1528.
Current these metadata has to be specified as part of coverage's metadata in the ingredient file (e.g: http://rasdaman.org/wiki/WCSTImportGuide/GeneralRecipe#BandDimensionsmetadatatosupportinencodingnetCDF)
