Description
Current only one admin page (to update OWSServiceMetadata) in Petascope (e.g: http://localhost:8080/rasdaman/admin) has the login feature which allows users with the credential from petascope.properties (petascope_admin_user, petascope_admin_pass).
However, some other servlets for admin pages can be added as well and it needs to refactor to allow the new ones use same login feature as admin page.
