Description
Right now the scale operation returns a grid coverage. This is ok for a first step, but this should not be permanent.
The coverage resulting from a scale operation should keep the same crs, and have the axes limits and resolution modified.

I fixed in http://rasdaman.org/ticket/1410, the problem is misunderstood in scale, extends to grid axis (CRS:1).
