Description
I noticed that the transformation of the coverage bounds in handled in the encode handler in WCPS.
This should be handled in the crsTransform handler: the wcpsCoverageMetadata object that is returned by the crsTransform handler should have its axes modified so they have the new crses and the new bounds.
