Description
The following wcst_import issues should be dealt with:
- Make the recipe creation process easier by creating general importers and generators that can support any coverage type
- Fix bug for CRSs that have inverted axes
- Full support for compound crses
- Abstract away the data and metadata providers so new ones can be added to the GDAL one
- Add full coverage model support such that mocking of requests give full information to importers
