Description
As by OGC standard (09-146r2), a GMLCOV-compliant coverage shall declare conformance to http://www.opengis.net/spec/GMLCOV/1.0/conf/gml.
Currently only http://www.opengis.net/spec/GMLCOV/1.0/conf/gml-coverage is declared, but this is an abstract root conformance class.

Jin, what about those 2 other classes?
The two classes are used to identified the multipart and special-format conformance classes. Any implementation claiming conformance with GMLCOV standard must conform to the abstract conformance class gml-coverage and, in addition, at least one of the concrete conformance classes gml, multipart, and special-format.
