Description
A rudimental WCS interpolation extension should be declared by Petascope, since it implements the stictly related Scaling WCS extension, and rasdaman applies nearest-neighbor interpolation when it has to scale m-arrays.
Such extension hence will declare just that interpolation type, returning a proper exception in case a different interpolation parameter is asked.
