Description
After fixing #505, update PetascopeTimeHandling page to describe in detail how time is handled in Petascope via temporal CRSs, and how both timestamp and numerical time coordinates are handled.
Afterwards, Move current page to a legacy like wiki:PetascopeTimeHandling_8_5, like done for wiki:PetascopeUserGuide_8_5.
