Description
Grid origin in GML encodings shall be the centre of the sample space.
Currently Petascope assumes it is the minimum value (lower corner) of the sample space.
From GML 3.2.1:
When a grid point is used to represent a sample space (e.g. image pixel), the grid point represents the center of the sample space (see ISO 19123:2005, 8.2.2).
