Description
petascopedb new PS_9 need documentation for both users and developers, that is:
- users
- wiki instructions for init and migration of the database
- description of the functionalities of the database regarding both coverage and WCS service metadata
- devs
- READMEs and comments (there already)
- wiki instructions/diagrams on the database schema: meaning of the tables, etc.
Note, still some implementation is missing: see #507, #169 (and #504).
