Petascope integration with Rasdaman

Description
Petascope was integrated with Rasdaman but we still need to make Petascope part of the installation process. The .war file is created already it just has to be installed somewhere.

It is not appropriate to automatically install a .war file into, say, the Tomcat webapps folder. Admins need to be aware of what services are running. Hence, they need to manually deploy the war file.
