Patch submitted, however while fixing #806 I realize that a default full expansion is heavily killing the performance of SECORE: I'll revert back to a default value of 2.

For better tuning, I also suggest as new feature to have two expansion parameters for configuring both the XML tree level and the recursion level.

Closing this, as full recursive link expansion kills SECORE performance (in my local machine sometimes even inhibiting to get a response).
In case this will be reconsidered, the patch for setting full expansion is changeset:4aeba67 (it has been reverted in changeset:76e97d8).
