FIX - if rasdaman.war is renamed to test.war then secore_urls=internal should work as well

Description
If one renamed rasdaman.war to test.war in external tomcat, then a coverage with AnsiDate axis will have error when DescribeCoverage.
Reason: http://localhost:8080/rasdaman/def/crs/OGC/0/AnsiDate has IO error.
