Description
For example, this request on opengis.net had problem before
http://www.opengis.net/def/crs-compound?1=http://www.opengis.net/def/crs/OGC/0/AnsiDate&2=http://www.opengis.net/def/crs/EPSG/0/4326/
because http://api.epsg.org/crs/epsg/0/4326/ is auto redirected to a default backend on opengis.net http://api.epsg.org/crs/epsg/0/4326 which has no valid content for SECORE to parse
default backend - 404
