Segfault when rasserver is restarted

Description
A segfault happens randomly, when rasmgr restarts a rasserver, after the countdown or timeout I assume. Probably the segfault happens when the server is restarted during a write transaction.
Putting in low prio, as we'll hopefully take care of this when redesigning rasmgr.
