allow_write_requests_from in petascope.properties is set to wrong values due to update_properties.sh script

Description
If allow_write_requests_from=* is set in petascope.properties then update_properties.sh will update the values to the current files in the current working directory.
This needs to be fixed in update_properties.sh script.
