SECORE - compare gml.zip file inside def.jar with target dir

Description

Currently, SECORE extracts gml.zip inside it to /tmp/rasdaman/secore when it starts as embedded.

However, it does this everytime, even though /tmp/rasdaman/secore/gml.zip is the same size with gml.zip inside SECORE.

So, it needs to be enhanced.
