Description
after http://rasdaman.org/ticket/2470, SECORE works inside petascope and it doesn't have browse.jsp exposed anymore.
This needs to make this appear again to allow users to add / edit CRSs.
Also, there is a bug with internal SECORE to check if two CRSs are equals (test_secore/queries/11-crs_inequality.kvp)
