Description
In WSclient > WMS > DescribeLayer, it has a section to manage the rasdaman downscaled collections.
In v10, the old requests InsertScaleLevel and DeleteScaleLevel are replaced by pyramid requests to create downscaled level coverages.
Then, wsclient needs to update to reflex the change from petsacope.
