Still need to document

  • hook options in the ​hooks section
  • in the same hooks section, reference the "Data expressions" section for details on the ${..}" concept; you can see an example of how I did this for the ​local metadata 
    E.g., "local": { "LocalMetadataKey": "${netcdf:metadata:LOCAL_METADATA}" } sets LocalMetadataKey to a metadata value extracted from the input data; the ${..} is explained in "Data expressions".
  • for the ​${file:..}, document what each property means
