Description
petascopedb needs a version table which contains version numbers.
IF petascope has some changes which need to populate new data to new tables.
The hard coded version number in petascope is higher than the one stored in version table, then when petascope starts, it needs to run the updating codes (java classes) to populate the data to the new tables.
