contradictory instructions in inst-gude and exeternal-guide

Description
Section 2.3 of the inst-guide instructs:
"The base DBMS has to be set up according to the instruction in the
rasdaman External Products Integration Guide."
Section 3.1 of the external-guide states:
"First, perform all installation steps as described in the Installation and Administration Guide. Upon successful completion, continue below."
Either the inst-guide has to be completed first and section 2.3 of the inst-guide should be moved to the end of section 2, or the database is configured at step 2.3 in the inst-guide and section 3.1 of the external-guide is incorrect and should be deleted.

hm, you are right. Found a simple trick to break the cycle: The External Guide has been dropped, its contents merged into the Installation Guide.
Resolved in v8.4.
