update_properties.sh should collect non-existing settings in new properties file to the bottom of the new file

Description
Currently, update_properties.sh just shows the non-existing settings in new properties are obsolete.
It should copy them to the bottom of the new properties file as one can add some customized properties which are not used by default in some special cases.
