Description
Check if it is possible to run test web interfaces in parallel to reduce the total time to finish all tests.

also the generic test runner could be parallelized here:
http://rasdaman.org/browser/systemtest/util/test_oracle.sh#L196
then it will automatically apply to rasql tests, WCPS/WCS/WMS
