Description
Petascope is making quite small updates for pyramids, e.g. 750kB tiles here:
SCALE(c[0:0, -362709:-360710, 6625:8624], [0:0, -90677:-90177, 1656:2156])
This should be improved, perhaps to match the tiling scheme / tile size of the coverage.
