WCS client Scaling Extension to show axis names

Description
In th WCS client, the scaling extension allows to scale per axis.
However, under "scale per axis" the text per axis says only "Scale axis to:" but does not indicate axis names. Hence, it is unclear what axis gets scaled.
The text should say "Scale A axis to:" where A is the axis name (following same conventions as in other places = boldface.
