wsclient - Update coverage's metadata in WCS DescribeCoverage tab

Description
One should be able to update coverage's metadata in WCS DescribeCoverage tab from a text file. This feature is enabled only when user logged in with petascope admin user.
This supports the problem when the metadata is needed to update some information (e.g: colorPaletteTable) and one needs to access petascopedb to write SQL query to update.
