wcst_import should accept nan as default null value — at Initial Version

Description
Currently, wcst_import does not accept:
"default_null_values": [NaN]
or
"default_null_values": nan
Since rasdaman supports that, wcst_import and petascope should allow them, and pass them further to rasdaman.
