Description

These tests take a lot of time, unclear why (the data is very small):

test.sh:  66/103    OK 32.63s   wcs_3D_Timeseries_Irregular
test.sh:  74/103    OK 14.85s   wcs_ecmwf_grib_2_aggregated_irregular_axes
test.sh:  15/103    OK  4.29s   map_mosaic_non_blocking_import
test.sh:  19/103    OK  5.16s   test_coverageid_contains_AS

With newer results for testing import. 

16/108    OK   .84s   map_mosaic_non_blocking_import
21/108    OK   .89s   test_coverageid_contains_AS
71/108    OK  3.35s   wcs_3D_Timeseries_Irregular # Slow due to opengis.net
79/108    OK   .97s   wcs_ecmwf_grib_2_aggregated_irregular_axes (before it was a 300KB Grib file -> cropped out to 1KB Grib).
