When petascope fails to parse type from rasdaman it should ignore it

Description

See attached image. If petascope cannot parse some type like that, it should log a warning and ignore it, instead of failing completely.

The current workaround is:

sqlite3 /opt/rasdaman/data/RASBASE "delete from ras_mddbasetypes;"
