Petascope delete coverage with non existing collection without error

Description
When an imported coverage's collection was removed manually via rasql. Petascope should remove this coverage in petascopedb without error. Currently, it shows the error about 'select dbinfo© from deleted coverage' to collect some tiling configuration when it reads coverage's object which throws Rasql exception.
