WSClient - WMS DescribeLayer should show default GetMap request with a warning message when layer has 4+ bands

Description
Currently, a layer imported with 4+ bands doesn't have a default GetMap request in WClient > WMS > DescribeLayer tab.
It makes users confused when the link disappears. Instead, the default GetMap request should still show but it has a warning message below this link for this case:
Layer has more than 4 bands, it is not possible to encode WMS GetMap result in PNG. Add WMS style for GetMap request to select the desired bands, tutorial: http://doc.rasdaman.org/05_geo-services-guide.html?highlight=fragment#style-creation
