WSClient - Add range sliders for dimension axes of 3D+ WMS layers for WMS GetMap request accordingly

Description
As Vlad's suggestion, in WSClient > WMS > DescribeLayer, if user select a 3D+ WMS layer (e.g: first 2 axes: latitude, longitude, 3rd axis: datetime). There should be a slider for the time with min value and max value and the user can select the time value for WMS GetMap request on this time axis. If coverage is 4D+, then 2 sliders for 3rd axis and 4th axis.
@Bogdan: It is not an easy task for you, so only try to do it after you completed Vlad's first 3 opened tickets and have familiar with WSClient, WCS, WMS services.
