WSClient_View 3D+ WMS layers on WebWorldWind as 2D+ layers

Description
WSClient > WMS tabs > DescribeLayer allows to view 2D+ WMS layers on WebWorldWind (also be able to select style).
For 3D+ WMS layers they don't work and cannot view style on these layers.
According to WMS 1.3 standard, other dimensions (time, elevation, dim_*) if not specified in GetMap requests will use the last slices on corresponding grid axes. No change will be made in DescribeLayer to allow user select other dimensions on this ticket.
