Description
This file: http://rasdaman.org/browser/java/src/main/java/rasj/global/RasErrorTexts.java
and another file (ExceptionFactories.py in RasdaPy) should be created from a template file by a script which is invoked by cmake.
The error messages are loaded from http://rasdaman.org/browser/raslib/test/errtxts
