Description
WMS requests in PlanetServer - 2 are really slow (seconds to minute when handling multiple tiling requests by WebWorldWind), compared to old petascope version 9.4 (1 - 2 seconds for a tile). It needs to profile WMS services in 9.5 to make it faster.

The problems come from not need to call garbage collector unnecessarily.

This should be high priority, it sounds like a serious problem.
