OWS_Client WCS/WMS GetCapabilities should be invoked automatically when user invokes modifying requests from client

Description
Current, in OWS Client, when an user sends modifying requests: WCS: delete coverage, InsertCoverage or WMS: insertStyle, updateStyle, deleteStyle, he will need to click on GetCapabilities button accordingly. It is inconvenient and need to be fixed.
