Description

This error is wrong/misleading:

[ERROR] - 08/05/2017 11:01:59.116, usermanager.cc:290: Could not open :/opt/rasdaman/etc//rasmgr.auth
  1. it should be a warning
  2. it should say: /opt/rasdaman/etc/rasmgr.auth was not found, using default credentials.
