Description
I imported the file http://flanche.net/geodata/nc-201003.nc with this recipe http://pastebin.com/C9bhSiB7
then compare in Panoply (left is encoded netCDF output, right is the input file). There are different

The left image has data as in pixels not in netCDF (points), so it should be shifted to points (point is middle of pixel) when encoding in netCDF, so the coordinates will be as same as original file.
