Description
test_open in testcases_services contains folders for testcases which are not fit for any test services (wcs, wcps, wms) and is independent from them. However, they are not included when make check and need a test.sh file from testcases_services/test_open to invoke other testcases in its subdirectories (e.g: test_open/test_download_filename).
