WCST Import should allow users to define bands and axes in the ingredients

To allow for the flexibility needed for grib and netcdf files, the ingredients file for the general coverage should allow users to:

• define and map bands and subsets of bands to variables / gdal bands etc
• define axis and their connection to the underlying data grid axes
• define the spatiotemporal position of each given data container via expressions that can be evaluated in the context of the metadata of the data container
