SECORE support validating GML when update or insert definition

Description
User add/update by def/browse.jsp it just add or update by XQuery, but not validate that is valid GML or not. So it is best when SECORE support GML Validator and return useful error message instead of "reloading definition" (which clear user's current typing) with an error message "database remains unchanged". And user can continue to fix their current definition until this is validated to allow to submit.
