WCS-Client should display the errors from the server

Description
WCS-Client should return the errors that the WCS request might return. The exceptions come in a standardized wrapper, a user would be interested in the ExceptionCode and the ExceptionText. Any other error from the client (e.g. networking issue) should be displayed as an internal error and when possible a hint to the problem should be given (e.g. request response not a valid WCS response ⇒ Please check your WCS endpoint etc)
