Description

Also the check for PostgreSQL in configure.ac should not be done, when basedb is SQLite and —disable-java is used.

Furthermore, start_rasdaman.sh checks for petascope.properties, even if —disable-java is specified:

/home/ssdm/rasdaman/install/bin/start_rasdaman.sh: line 160: -3: substring expression < 0
cat: etc/petascope.properties: No such file or directory
