update_petascope.sh choose wrong directory to import petascope.properties

Description

With newest version, update_petascope.sh uses /etc/petascope.properties instead of $RMANHOME/etc/petascope.properties.

# petascope settings file
SETTINGS=/etc/petascope.properties

I will see something have chance in update_petascope.sh.in.

I could not reproduce this problem again (even not set —prefix), so close this ticket but please remember this case.
