WCS should allow 2d coverages to be returned as PNGs.

http://rasdaman.org/ticket/876 is this duplicate with ticket (I think it is best that could return as Dimitar request). If you think I can do it, please suggest.

That sounds good, make sure you follow the Petascope Format Extension structure.

@Peter this is a duplicate, all discussions should go on #876. Bang's patch had the wrong ticket id number

I'd say it should allow any of the GDAL formats, there's a petascope table which has the mime types map.
