Description
The WMS error message files (located in rasdaman/applications/petascope/src/main/resources/wms-messages/*) are not copied to the WEB-INF/wms-messages folder of the Petascope WAR file during the build procedure.

At some point I closed all my 8.4 tickets… this one arose from the deep see floor at some point and I missed it: I'll fix it asap.
