FIX - migrate_petascopedb.sh script failed due to petascope

When running migrate_petascopedb.sh to migrate (copy data) from an existing petascopedb to new petascopedb, then it has error in petascope.

Parameter 0 of method migrationLiquibase in org.rasdaman.MigrationBeanApplicationConfiguration required a bean of type 'java.lang.String' that could not be found.

The injection point has the following annotations:
	- @org.springframework.beans.factory.annotation.Autowired(required=true)


Action:

Consider defining a bean of type 'java.lang.String' in your configuration.
